    Our products have no secrets. That’s why we always provide the following product information:

    Article 5.
    The Agreement

    A contract is formed as soon as the customer places an order with us.
    After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
    The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding their address, name, email address, and phone number. Any additional costs incurred as a result of providing incorrect information will be the customer’s responsibility.


    Article 6.
    Right of withdrawal

    Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to try out your purchase and let us know that you’d like to return it.
    We will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product is in its original packaging and condition.
    We will only reimburse return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part—for example, if we delivered the wrong product or a damaged product. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

    Article 8.
    Delivery and Implementation

    We will do everything reasonably possible to ensure that your product(s) are delivered to you undamaged and properly packaged within a reasonable time frame.
    Delivery times vary depending on the country where you live.
    For delivery, we can use PostNL and DHL
    If we are unable to deliver a product on time, we will notify you within one month and refund your purchase price immediately.
    We are responsible for any damage to or loss of a product during shipping.

    We are not liable for shipments that are lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or wrong address provided by the customer.

    If we do not deliver your order within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason. The purchase amount plus shipping costs will be refunded to you within 14 days of cancellation.

    We offer the following payment methods: PayPal, iDEAL, credit card, bank transfer, Belfius Direct Net, SEPA, Bitcoin, KBC / CBC, Mister Cash, Paysafecard, and SOFORT Banking.
    If anything goes wrong during the payment process, please contact us as soon as possible.

    Complaints
    You can submit a complaint by email or phone. If you submit a complaint by email, we will respond within 24 hours. If we are unable to reach a resolution, a dispute has arisen.

    These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

    The Mividaloca - NL mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Mi Vida Loca (“Mividaloca - NL,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of such modifications constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.

    By subscribing to the Mividaloca - NL SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Mividaloca - NL via your wireless carrier at the mobile number you have provided, even if your mobile number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system or other technology. The service includes promotional messages such as promotions, offers, coupons, and other marketing offers; it will also include transactional messages such as order updates and account notifications.

    Please note that you do not need to sign up for this program to make purchases, and your consent is not a requirement for any purchase from Mividaloca - NL. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

    We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all costs and fees associated with sending text messages as charged by your wireless carrier. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless carrier for details. You are solely responsible for all costs associated with SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless carrier.

    You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Simply send the keyword STOP to MiVidaLoca or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in a text message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your unsubscription. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other MiVidaLoca - NL mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel them, you must, except where applicable law requires otherwise, unsubscribe from those programs separately by following the instructions in their respective mobile terms and conditions.

    We may change any short code or phone number we use to manage the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that messages, including STOP or HELP requests, that you send to a changed short code or phone number may not be received, and that we are not responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

    The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile phone number. If you get a new mobile phone number, you must re-register for the program using your new number.

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not liable for any failure, delay, or misdelivery of information transmitted through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take based on the information or the Service.
