Free Shipping:

Exceptions

During busy periods (for example: during sales, promotions, limited releases, Black Friday, etc.) it may take 1-3 business days longer for your order to be processed and shipped. Immediately after placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a second email as a shipping confirmation with the tracking number of your shipment.

Customs/ VAT fees

Shipping costs do not include any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed in the destination country, and these must be paid at the destination by the recipient of the goods. These costs or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

For purchases outside the EU, VAT/IVA is not included in the item price. In Europe, it is included in the price of the items. The final price of the product is the price displayed on the website and does not vary under any circumstances. We offer low shipping rates to compensate our customers for any additional costs arising from import taxes in each destination country of delivery.
